Terms of Service
By using Mentaro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service purpose
Mentaro helps organize technical interview preparation by creating goals, configuring topics, working with cards, scheduling reviews, and providing AI explanations.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your access credentials, and actions performed through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. User content
You retain your rights to job descriptions, questions, and other materials you add. You grant Mentaro permission to process them only as required to operate the service.
You must not upload materials that violate the law, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or contain malicious code.
4. AI-generated materials
AI may make mistakes, oversimplify material, or produce inaccurate answers. Verify important technical information using primary sources. Mentaro does not guarantee interview performance or employment.
5. Acceptable use
You must not bypass service restrictions, disrupt operation, gain unauthorized access, extract data at scale, or use Mentaro to violate the law.
6. Availability and changes
We may change features, temporarily limit access for maintenance, or discontinue individual capabilities. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
7. Limitation of liability
Mentaro is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made solely from AI-generated materials or for indirect losses related to use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mentaro and request account deletion. We may restrict access if you violate these terms or threaten service security.
9. Changes to these terms
The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
