Depending on the features you use, Mentaro may process:

- preparation goals, selected topics, technology stack, and target seniority;
- job descriptions and comments you choose to add;
- imported questions and created cards;
- answers, self-assessments, progress, and review schedules;
- technical data required for security and service operation.
2. Why we use data
We use data to create a personalized program, save progress, schedule reviews, generate AI explanations, respond to requests, and maintain service security.
3. AI processing
Some data you provide may be sent to AI model providers to analyze job descriptions, prepare cards, and generate explanations. Do not submit confidential employer information, personal data belonging to third parties, secrets, or proprietary source code.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may only be accessed by infrastructure and processing providers required to operate Mentaro, or by public authorities when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data while it is needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and related data at hello@mentaro.app.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
